Leaking Seam
Leakers, the bane of a canning line operator. The best jumping off point we have is thorough seam checks around the entire top of the can. The more information you can come at this problem with the better. Did you switch to a new pallet of cans? Did you throw up a new sleeve of lids?
Order Of Operations:
Full seam teardown, assessing the entirety of the seam.
Check lid and can spec sheets and compare to physical cans and ends for discrepancy.
Beyond full seam teardown, often times, going scorched earth at the seamer in terms of resetting can flow, spring pressure, pin height and Op distance is the necessary path forward.
