Rail Damage
Rail Damage is caused when the chrome rails at our seamer make contact with the can in the dwell position. As the can is raised into the chuck and force is applied, the rail is rubbing against the can causing the damage seen above.
Order of Operations:
Follow the steps of the "Can Flow Into Seamer" walkthrough, focusing on the rails section of the guide.
Check "Can At Dwell Start" position of the can on the lift pad.
Raise a finished can in the lifter and set appropriate rail distance. The rails should be set just off the can in the raised position without making contact.
