Fill Head Internals

CS002040

Part # -

Deep inside each and every fill head lives a special collection of parts. In total, there are 7 separate pieces that make up the "Fill Head Internals" sub assembly. This collection is what brings CO2 from our tank into the cans at the beginning of the fill cycle, as well as allows CO2 to leave during the fill, with the float ball ending the fill cycle.

Symptoms:

  1. Fill timer taking the entirety of the timer - Most likely the float ball (XP001231)not seating due to an abnormality.

  2. Product leaking from around the bell of the valve stem - Bad valve stem gasket (XP001386)/horseshoe bracket hardware not tightened down (CP010400).

  3. Varied fill levels across heads (+10 grams) - Float ball and claw assembly (CS001475) loose into the stem.

  4. Poor fill quality in general - Possible blockage between the cone and the fill head (CP010123).

***When tightening the float ball and claw assembly into the valve stem, apply no more than 14 ft/lbs***
