Bearing Block

A good bearing will turn some heads... or shafts. The System-Plast bearing blocks we use across all of our machinery (with the yellow caps) utilize a closed bearings system, and are rated significantly higher in both speed, and load, than any application they are used in. This however does not mean they cannot fail.

Symptoms:

  1. Squeaking and squealing

  2. Limited rotation

  3. Broken or split collar

  4. Shaft spinning inside the collar
