Wiring

Whether transmitting power, or information, wiring run the show. There are a lot of intelligent devices being used throughout the packaging line, but if they can't communicate, efficiency plummets! Keep your cable management tidy, and free of catch points.

Symptoms:

  1. Intermittent signal

  2. Cable interference

  3. Water in the connection

  4. Connection tightened down on the shielding

  5. Frayed connection with wires protruding out of connection point
