Pumps

We've got diaphragm pumps and centrifugal pumps, all with the same goal, take liquid from over there, and move it over there. Diaphragm pumps use air to oscilate back and forth, while centrifugal pumps turn a propeller

Diaphragm Symptoms:

  1. Slow operation due to air flow

  2. Slow operation due to vacuum created at source

  3. Not oscillating

  4. Product flowing out of muffler from torn bladder

Centrifugal Symptoms:

  1. Squeaking and squealing

  2. Hot to the touch

  3. Spinning the wrong direction

    1. Swap 2 legs
