Sprockets

Sprockets are the Robin to the shaft's Batman. No I don't mean they're younger and their parents are still alive, I mean they work in tandem as with the shaft to keep conveyors moving.

Symptoms:

  1. Belt skipping at drive

  2. Shaft turning but the belt isn't

  3. Loud clunking as sprocket turn

    1. Check alignment of sprocket teeth with belt
