Head Retention in Cans
We are having quite a bit of difference in our head retention of our pilsner between keg and can.
Does anyone have any notes on how different settings and ways to create fob affect the head retention in a can?
Cheers

Hey mate,
There are many variables that will affect the head retention of your final beer. Without much information to go off of, I would first suggest checking your beer temps. The colder, the better. CO2 will be escaping the warmer the beer coming through is. We aim to pack at 1C, which lets us run faster.
Main things and setpoints we need to know to help you more:
-beer temp
-CO2 volumes/grams per liter (we keg at 4.8 g/L and pack at 5.4g/L or 2.4vol and 2.7vol, respectively)
-current fill throttle setting
-current pressure drop setting
-number of snift cycles and those times and throttle settings
-CO2 tank pressure setpoint on filler tank
If you can provide this info, you will definitely be more likely to get some helpful info.
