We are reviewing a beverage project that contains glitter, and I wanted to see if anyone here has experience packaging this type of product on a CODI line.

Our main concern is cleaning after the run. We would like to know how difficult it is to fully remove the glitter and prevent it from appearing in the next production.

If anyone has experience with this type of product, it would be very helpful to know:

if standard CIP is enough or not

whether extra cleaning steps are needed

if glitter tends to stay in the filler or product path

any recommendations to clean the system properly after the run

Any guidance or shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
