Website layout and usability
What's up everybody! I wanted to see if there was any feedback from out in the land on the Service Center. We have been adding a lot of new content lately and I was curious if you had any suggestions or desires for what you would like to see. A direction from here or where we can focus our efforts. The 2 newest additions I feel were a great step in the right direction:
The newest element is a full document list that holds every PDF on the site in one place. If you know the name of the document you need, or at least have a general idea if what it's called, this may be the quickest way to find it.
At the suggestion of good old Josh Power at Garage Project in NZ, we have added a "What's New" page so that you can see exactly what we're adding immediately if it's done. Whether that be a new document or video, it will be updated consistently.
If you guys have any input on usability or functionality that would improve your lives, let me know! I only want this site to be as fluid as possible for you when you need it most.

The document list is hard to read. The text is small and the links take up a lot of room for unnecessary information. It might be nice to have them organized by machine/ process as well.
